I got this because I wanted a high quality quilt to have for years to come. I love it! It is actually a really dark (almost imperceptibly) brown color though, on the darkest parts of the pattern. You really can’t tell unless it is in direct sunlight though. Also, Target sold this particular quilt for less than the “original price” listed, although still more than the sale price offered. Buy it though, it is thick, high quality, and 100% cotton!
